1) Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days before arrival, the US$100 damage deposit becomes non-refundable. 2) No-Show Policy If the guest does not arrive and does not notify the property, the US$100 damage deposit will be retained. 3) Payment Policy No prepayment is required for the reservation balance. A US$100 refundable damage deposit is required to secure the reservation. Guests must contact the host within 24 hours after booking to arrange payment of the damage deposit. Reservations may be canceled if the damage deposit is not received within the requested timeframe. The remaining balance of the reservation must be paid in full in cash at check-in. Cash payments only. Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, checks, and electronic payment methods are not accepted at the property. 4) Damage Deposit Amount: US$100 (refundable) Payment Method: Cash The damage deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of check-out after the apartment inspection, provided no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or house rule violations are found. 5) Check-in Requirements A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. Guests are requested to provide their estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. 6) Internet Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. 7) Children and Extra Beds Children are not permitted. Cribs and extra beds are not available. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. 8) Parking Private on-site parking is available for an additional fee. Advance reservation is required. 9) House Rules No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Quiet hours must be respected at all times. Guests must comply with all condominium rules and regulations. 10) Groups No special conditions apply for group bookings.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
